System Tune-Up Sessions are 90-minute troubleshooting calls designed to help you quickly diagnose and resolve issues inside your existing ClickUp workspace.

Whether a workflow isn’t functioning the way you expected, an automation has stopped firing, or something in your setup feels off, these sessions provide focused support to help you identify the problem and get things running smoothly again.

What We’ll Do During a Tune-Up Session

During your session, we’ll take a close look at your ClickUp workspace and the specific issue you’re experiencing.

Common things we troubleshoot include:

• Workflows that feel clunky or inefficient
• Automations that aren't triggering properly
• Tasks slipping through the cracks
• Dashboards or views that aren't showing the right information
• Processes that worked at one point but have since become messy

If your ClickUp workspace connects to other tools through automations (such as Zapier), we can review and troubleshoot those connections as part of the session as well.

scheduling your sessions

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your session.

When booking, you'll also complete a short intake form so I can review your ClickUp system and the issue you're experiencing ahead of time.

This allows us to use our session time as effectively as possible.

If you purchased a bundle, you can use the same scheduling link whenever you'd like to book your remaining sessions and I'll keep track of your session balance on my end.

Once you purchase your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

• A short intake form so I can understand your system and the issue you're experiencing
• A scheduling link to book your 90-minute session

The intake form helps me review your setup ahead of time so we can use our session as effectively as possible.

If you purchase a bundle, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling each session when you’re ready to use them.

Sessions do not need to be scheduled immediately - you’re welcome to book them whenever you need support.
