
Hey there! I’m Nikki, the heart and soul behind BlakeleeCo. I started this business back in the fall of 2022, after seven years in a 9–5 and right around the time I welcomed my second child (because why not do all the big life changes at once? 😅). What started as a Virtual Assistant business quickly evolved into something more—helping business owners not just stay afloat, but actually move forward with simplified systems and projects that get finished.
Today, I proudly call myself a Simplification Project Manager—partnering with high-performing business owners to cut the chaos, streamline their systems, and finally see their bold ideas come to life.
Outside of work, I’m a wife of five years and mama to two little ones (both under 5). When I’m not managing client projects or chasing little ones, you’ll probably find me shopping, pampering myself, or reorganizing something just for the thrill of it (planning is my love language). Oh, and yes—I’ll forever be obsessed with all things pink, sparkly, and beachy!
